ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Please keep in mind that orders typically take between 7-10 business days to process before they are shipped (Excluding holidays and weekends). SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders usually take between 2-3 days to arrive. Inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance may result in your order incurring additional delays. In the event you are having issues with your delivery, please submit a claim with USPS, utilizing your tracking number.
Return Policy
Le Chi Eyewear offers returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are unhappy with your glasses or there was a mistake made when selecting your glasses, you can return them for a 100% store credit (excluding shipping) upon inspection. In addition, unused accessories can be returned for a 100% store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Le Chi Eyewear can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery upon inspection. Due to the unique and customized nature of prescription eyewear, any exchange that requires lenses to be recut will incur an additional fee.

Place the contents of your order in an envelope or package and drop it off at your nearest USPS facility.

We will take it from there and let you know when we receive your return.
Warranty
Le Chi Eyewear offers a 30 day warranty on all of its glasses from the date of delivery. Glasses must be returned within the warranty period for inspection if you feel there is a manufacturing defect or you feel your glasses were not made correctly. If our inspection reveals a manufacturing defect or that your glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake your glasses at no charge.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Le Chi Eyewear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Le Chi Eyewear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Le Chi Eyewear shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
